Located within the bird sanctuary of Northern Lake Mývatn, our birding hides/cabins provide the perfect opportunity to get close up and personal with the incredible birdlife of Lake Mývatn. Enjoy the peace of an early morning birding in Iceland, late evening or even a full night out at one of these comfortable birding hides.
Each hide location is chosen to maximise the photographers chance of catching grate shots by using sheltered areas of water within the bird sanctuary of Lake Mývatn area. The hides have openings to 3 directions and are located on either East or west bank, for Evening or morning preference.
