Cancellation & Privacy Policy
Tours that Geo Travel cancels before departure will be refunded 100%.
If a client cancels a tour 7 days or more before departure, Geo Travel will make 90% refund. If a client cancels a tour 3 – 6 days before departure, Geo Travel will make 50% refund.
Not showing up on departure and cancellations less than two days before departure are not refunded.
Any tours may be cancelled by Geo Travel because of illness, maintenance, animal health concerns, weather, safety concerns, natural disaster or any other reason Geo Travel owners or staff consider necessary.
